We use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management platform, to verify and manage your subscription status. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. We may receive:

• RevenueCat anonymous app user ID (to link your subscription status)
• Subscription status (active, expired, cancelled, in grace period, etc.)
• Subscription plan type, billing period, and renewal information
• Original purchase date and most recent transaction date
• Store transaction identifiers (Apple/Google receipt data)

2. Authentication and Security

CourtWork uses Supabase, a secure backend-as-a-service platform, for user authentication and data storage. Your authentication data is protected by:

• Industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit
• Secure password hashing using bcrypt
• Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring you can only access your own data
• JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for secure session management

3. Payment Processing

All payment transactions for CourtWork Pro subscriptions are processed securely through Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) using their native in-app purchase systems. Your payment method, billing information, and transaction details are handled entirely by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective privacy policies.

Subscription Management via RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat, Inc. as our subscription management platform to track subscription status, manage entitlements, and verify purchase receipts. RevenueCat acts as a server-side intermediary between the app stores and our application.

RevenueCat may collect and process:

• App user IDs (anonymous or linked to your account)
• Purchase receipts and transaction identifiers from Apple/Google
• Subscription status, expiration dates, and renewal events
• Device information and IP address for fraud prevention

4. Video Content and YouTube

CourtWork displays basketball drill demonstration videos from YouTube. When you view a drill video:

• The video is loaded directly from YouTube's servers
• YouTube may collect data according to Google's Privacy Policy

• We do not control or have access to data YouTube collects

If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).

Workout history and progress data are retained with your account and deleted upon account removal.
