How do I subscribe to CourtWork Pro?
Open the app and tap on any premium workout or drill. You'll see the upgrade screen with two plan options: Monthly ($12/month) or Annual ($130/year). Tap your preferred plan and complete the secure checkout through Stripe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the Profile tab in the app, tap "Manage Subscription," and you'll be taken to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel or update your plan at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
A drill video isn't playing. What should I do?
Drill videos open directly on YouTube. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If a video still won't load, try updating the YouTube app or opening the link in your browser. If the issue persists, email us with the drill name and we'll look into it.
Can I build my own workouts?
Yes! Tap the "Build" tab at the bottom of the app. Choose your skill category, difficulty level, and workout duration, then CourtWork will generate a custom workout tailored to your selections.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, use the password reset option to receive a reset link via email. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at support@courtwork.app.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. CourtWork never stores your full credit card details.
